Customer Survey System has emerged as by far the best method of periodically assessing the customer satisfaction. Survey system allows customers provide immediate feedback about their experience with counter service or help desk. iSurvey-Signage is a 4.3" Touch Panel PC preloaded with Customer Survey and Signage Application. When customers touch on the screen, the screen shows one simple question with 5 possible rating, as shown here (maximum 5 questions): ![]() A thank you message appears after the rating. The rating result sends to backend server via Wi-Fi. The survey result summarizes the performance of service staffs by refering to rating given by customers. The report can be exported in Ms Excel Format in the preferred manner. iSurvey-Signage continues to play advertisements/signages until next customer touches the screen to start a new rating. The survey system is designed to maximize the response rate by being quick and simple while also serve the purpose of digital advertising. A customer satisfaction index is a snapshot at a point in time. People’s views change continuously and the performance of companies in delivering customer satisfaction is also changing.
